The Community Fish Landing Center (CFLC) Luzon conducts its planning workshop and presents its Operation and Management Manual Guide to Secretary Felongco and to the delegates. The highlight focuses on strengthening its Social Preparation Activities that aim to organize and to empower the fisher folks. In the planning, provincial focal persons and staffs are also identified and designated in different provinces. Sec. Felongco stresses that these provincial focal persons and staffs must be ready and prepared for the Provincial Consultative Body (PCB).
