Policy, Monitoring, and Social Technology Service (PMSTS)

Responsible for the formulation of social reform and poverty alleviation policies covering the social, economic, ecological and governance dimensions of poverty. These entail development of policy proposals, conduct of research on policy issues relating to the social reform and poverty alleviation, drafting of legislations, regulations and other legal instruments pertaining to the social reform and poverty alleviation, and generating and managing statistical information.

The Management Information System (MIS) under the PMSTS manages the implementation of the NAPC Information Systems Strategic Plan by creating and enhancing tools and mechanisms to streamline work processes and by providing support functions to IT-related issues.
